How does it work?
Our processes are very user friendly. A user and/or Member of ToijU application who want to send or receive any items or food package from their home town can place a request on our platform by making a wish order. After successful verification of the request and the package contains by our order review team, back-end system will initiate pick-up of the order and ensures safe and hygienic delivery of your item to receiver.
Similarly, if you want to experience on a special occasion or any other day home town food/merchandise you always wanted or try any item/food of other cities can place order on our application. Our supply chain team will source the ordered food item or merchandise from the local city market and deliver it at your doorstep with extra care and safety. The predominant focus of our service is that all perishable as well as non-perishable items should reach safely without any damage to receiver.

However, we have a team that is dedicated to provide you with such joyful moments, by sourcing favourite items from the local market, pack them, pick them up and deliver them to your door for a nominal service fee, separately from the actual cost of the item purchased. When sending homemade items, only service fees and courier fees apply.
